Sometimes it's not hard to predict the future.
Dictatorship fall, good mothers protect their young and people will recognize
the truth if it fits the facts . As sex-scandals get uncovered pews
empty income withers. New choices have to be made to have the Catholic
faith have any influence in the future. Already certain deeds of the
Roman Church have surfaced. When they were at their zenith of control,
they were a theocracy that blocked science, commerce and tried to choke
the free expression of ideas. As they lost political control and science
was able to make its advance, the Roman Church adapted its message and denied
its history of persecution of heretics in the bloody trail of inquistions,
witch burnings and sanctification of crusades, colonization and pogroms.
But now the papacy collusion with Nazi Germany has been exposed. The persecution
of muslims has surfaced and will not rest with a few mea culpas. |
| |
The initial humility of Jesus, his messainaic
message of compassion, equity and hope and his life of helping the outcast,
the downtrodden were lost in the eagerness of the mesogenist led bureacracy
to spread a faith they no longer followed or understood. Periodically
great figures from the base of the faith tried to remind the Roman Church
that everyone was a child in the image of God. |
| |
Just as in America it will ironically take awhile
to democratize the elections of a truly holy pope. But when the moral
authority of the papacy is at its lowest point, it will have to open its
doors. First move will be to allow priests to marry. The Roman
Church great property holdings will be lost. The second step will
be allow women to become ordained priests. As women gradually assume
more leadership roles they will be allowed to be bishops and then into the
ranks of cardinals. As they near the possibility of consideration
for the papacy the whole history of the Roman Church's mesogeny will be
unearthed. |
| |
Internally the cracks of democratization of the
Roman Church are beginning to show. Mary Magedeline was resurrected from
whoredom to sainthood. It appears it was a slip of the papal interpretation
of her past life. The issue of relics has become comic material when
people discover images of Jesus and Mary in donuts, pizza and draining stains.

| |
The Roman Church will form commissions to find
out that there were women apostles, something already known internally to
the honest scholars. Pressure will exist to uncover all the archives.
The Roman Church has been a pack rat of all their possessions. Even
their arch defendents criticized the papacy for not throwing away incrementating
evidence. |
